RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at The Cawsand Bay Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Certain items are exempt from exchange and refund.These include gift certificates,bespoke and personalised products.

You have ​14 days,from the day after receipt of the item, to notify us of your intention to return the item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in suitable packaging to ensure its safety in transit.You are responsible for paying the return postage.

 

We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.Following the inspecting of the returned item we will notify you on the status of your refund.If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund.Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to the debit/credit card used for the original purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
